PURCHASE A GALA TABLE
Thank you for supporting The Mountaineers as a 2026 Gala as a Table Host!
Table Hosts pay for a full table of 10 tickets in advance of the event. Upon purchase The Mountaineers staff will be in touch with hosts with a RSVP page for you to invite guests and for them to then get individually registered for the Gala.

Purchase of a VIP Table is valid for 10 VIP tickets to the Gala. VIP tickets give guests an opportunity to enjoy the Gala plus early access to the event at our special VIP Reception with specialty drinks and appetizers. VIP tables are given premier seating in the ballroom, swag and other perks throughout the evening.
Purchase of a Gala Table is valid for 10 General Admission tickets. General Admission tickets give ticketholders access to the cocktail reception beginning at 6pm, seated 3 course dinner, complimentary beverages along with enjoyment of the main program including the silent and live auctions, student relay competition (MAC RAC), Raise the Paddle and Adventure with Purpose Award presentation and keynote. New this year is our after party toast celebrating 120 years! Speaker program ends shortly after 9pm and after party ends at 10pm.
