To include a wide range of our Mountaineers community, we are excited to once again offer an option to participate in the Gala virtually. This year’s hybrid event will combine all of the things you love about the in-person event from the comfort of your own home. Join us for the an evening of celebration, unique auction packages, and memorable storytelling. 

This year, we hope to raise $650,000 to support our mission at The Mountaineers and Mountaineers Books. Your support will benefit scholarships, volunteers, conservation & advocacy, youth outreach programs, and more. All funds raised through ticket sales, auction bids, and Raise the Paddle donations provide unrestricted funding to help make the magic of Mountaineers programs possible.

Registering for the Online Auction & Virtual Presentation ensures you receive important event details, including your Online Auction unique bidder link as well as the livestream link to tune in virtually for the April 26th Gala Program.

In the lead up to the event you will be sent an invitation to participate in our online auction featuring 60 packages to bid on. Auction opens on April 16 and runs through April 26 at 7pm.

Virtual Presentation - Suggested Ticket Donation: Access to the Online Auction + Livestream! 
We invite you to give at whatever level feels meaningful to you. Our suggested donation is $125 — all proceeds from this optional ticket type directly benefit the mission of The Mountaineers and is 100% tax-deductible. If you would like to give at a different level, you can enter a custom amount in the donation field at the bottom of this page.
